The Digital Library is a collaborative initiative created to amplify voices and resources from the Global South. It's a key project of the Global South Alliance (GSA), developed with support from the National Endowment for Democracy.
Our mission is to systematically collect, organize, and share valuable resources—including podcasts, videos, and written documents—produced by NGOs in the Global South working on digital rights. By centralizing these materials, we aim to facilitate knowledge exchange, promote cooperation, and strengthen the digital rights community across Africa, Asia, and Latin America.
